For a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) session that will challenge you and leave you coming back for more; come check out our Miami Beach, Florida Orangetheory Fitness studio.
Built upon three main components—treadmill interval training blocks, indoor rowing and weight room or resistance training blocks—Orangetheory’s hour-long group sessions give you a full body workout with strength and cardiovascular training. Our workouts are heart-rate monitored to ensure that your heart-rate stays within a targeted zone because when it does, your metabolism is stimulated and you will have extra energy and burn more calories for up to 36 hours following your workout.
Whether your goal is more motivated by weight loss or performance, Orangetheory has the workout and supportive environment to help you achieve your goal. If you have any physical limitations, please let your personal gym trainer know before beginning your session so they can make any necessary adjustments for your safety.
Our studio is clean and bright, with a modern style that has been designed to inspire. The studio has been equipped with 12 treadmills, 12 rowing machines, and 12 suspension unit systems that are state of the art and well maintained, with plenty of free weights and benches for sessions of 10-25 people.
Experience the energy for yourself and see what we can do for you—your first Orange 60 session is free! Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
